Background:​

Greater Group is a multi-disciplinary Global Retail Design Agency with offices around the world. For over 30 years, they have designed & delivered over 100,000 high impact, high return stores providing clients with one point of contact throughout. As a B2B, Greater Group had always relied on referral and relationships for their lead generation strategy, until they approached Engine Room looking to expand their network and engage with a larger audience of retailers and store planners on social media, as well as increase the number of leads generated through digital channels.

Approach:

Engine Room defined a new educational, inspirational, and trend-focused content strategy for social. Our paid and organic campaigns supported brand awareness and sales activities throughout the sales funnel across 4 social platforms, along with a comprehensive SEO & Google ads strategy for direct lead gen.

Results:

Greater Group experienced a 338% increase in LinkedIn fans over a year and generated tens of thousands of engagements annually with their target audiences across social channels. We were also able to generate roughly $8m in valuable and actionable leads, with $20k in paid media spend over an 8-month stretch. A new website design as well as targeted specific landing pages for different service segments, rigorous A/B testing and
